Players with Special Needs

If your group or any of the players have any special needs or require assistance from a carer please call us in advance so we can make our best recommendations and ensure they are able to get the most from this exciting technology

What should I wear?

This is an active experience so please make sure you wear light, comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear (ie. no high heels).

Can I wear my glasses?

You can wear glasses if they do not have a large frame. We recommend wearing contact lenses for the experience, as our headsets will not fit large frames due to limited space between the eyes and VR lenses.

We strongly recommend wearing contact lenses. Our headsets have some focus adjustment in the headsets to compensate for approximately +1 to -3.8 diopters.
