Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. You will not receive a refund or credit.

You will need to be able to walk around, unassisted for an hour with full use of both hands. People with vision in one eye are able to play.

COVID Safety

What age can play?

Players must be 13 years and over to play any experience. We can make exceptions for 10 to 12 year olds if they are accompanied by a playing adult and only book non-zombie experiences such as Mission Maybee, Engineerium or Singularity. Players under 16 must also have a guardian signed waiver which can be done on arrival and all players must be at least 130cm. Why? Our technology weighs approximately 6kg and can be damaged easily.

How many people can play a game at once?

A maximum of 8 players can play a game at one time. For larger groups, you can book back-to-back sessions.

What should I wear?

This is an active experience so please make sure you wear light, comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear (ie. no high heels).

Can I wear my glasses?

You can wear glasses if they do not have a large frame. We recommend wearing contact lenses for the experience, as our headsets will not fit large frames due to limited space between the eyes and VR lenses.

We strongly recommend wearing contact lenses. Our headsets have some focus adjustment in the headsets to compensate for approximately +1 to -3.8 diopters.

Refunds & Returns

We do not issue refunds for cancellations, change of mind or Gift Vouchers.

Cancellations

You have up to two weeks before a booking date to cancel or re-schedule your booking. Cancelled tickets will be credited to the purchaser's Zero Latency account. Bookings can only be cancelled at the discretion of Zero Latency Sunshine Coast . If you have any issues with your booking leading up to your session, please contact us.

Late Arrivals

Sessions are booked back to back so you must arrive on time. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to get a head start on check in.

SPLIT TEAM- When you haven't booked the whole session

If you are part of a split team, we will start the safety briefing on time for all those in attendance. Due to strict time constraints, if the game master has started the suit up process by the time you arrive for your session, we cannot allow you to join the group.

WHOLE TEAM- When all players in the session are your friends

If one of the members of your group is late, you have two options:

1. You can start the game without them but if they do not arrive before you start the game they can not join

2. You can wait for them to arrive but your in -game play will be cut short if another session is booked immediately following your session.

If you arrive late you will not receive a credit or a refund

Children Unattended

Children are not to be left unattended in the waiting area as Zero Latency Staff members are not responsible for the safety or care of children.

If there is no one to supervise your child you will be unable to enter the game. You will not receive a credit or refund.
